United StatesI’m a black girl with dark skin and at first I wasn’t really recognizing the color payoff of this product. I tried it again and you really have to go over your eyes a few time’s to get the color but once you do it’s beautiful! The pencil is creamy and smooth. I also used it as like a tinted highlighter for my cheek and it is WONDERFUL for that purpose. Stays in place and give a hint of rosiness when applied that way.
